How is your project management different from a large consultancy?
At a large consultancy, a senior director wins the work and a junior team delivers it. We do not operate that way. Our principal leads every engagement personally, from scope definition through to commissioning. You are paying for the person who actually manages your project, not for the brand above the door.
What is the difference between project management and project services?
Project management is the leadership and delivery accountability across your entire project. Project services are the operational systems underneath: scheduling, cost tracking, document control, and compliance. We provide both as separate disciplines so neither gets diluted.
